Your account data

The Operator stores your restaurant name, weekly financial entries, invoices, saved notes and conversations to provide your private workspace. New accounts do not inherit records or knowledge from other restaurants.

Service providers

Twilio Verify processes phone numbers and verification codes for text sign-in when enabled. The Operator stores a hash of your number and secure session credentials. Stripe handles payment information and subscription status; The Operator does not store card numbers. Calendly handles appointment scheduling and Google Meet provides meeting links. OpenAI processes submitted invoices and relevant account records to extract information and answer your questions. API requests are made with storage disabled.

Security and retention

Account access is checked on the server. Uploaded sources are private and accessible only through your account. You can delete invoices, saved notes and conversations in the app. Deleted invoice data is removed from spending calculations and comparisons. Prior product records are archived outside the new product’s access paths. Records are retained to provide the service and meet applicable obligations.

Text messages

Phone sign-in sends verification messages only. It does not enroll you in marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply.
