The service

The Operator is a weekly record and reference tool for restaurant owners. You are responsible for reviewing invoice extractions and entering accurate records. Food spending measures purchases, not inventory consumption. The scorecard is an operating reference and does not establish accounting profit.

Subscription

The plan is $20 USD per month per restaurant, billed automatically through Stripe after activation. The plan includes up to 100 invoice scans per month and reasonable usage of account reference features. Review the final price and billing terms at Stripe checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Billing management is available through Stripe billing communications or support@theoperator.com.

Account access

Keep your phone number and sign-in access secure. Do not upload another party’s confidential records without permission. Verification texts are used for authentication, not marketing.

Consultations and projects

Calendly scheduling confirms an appointment only. Paid consulting, website builds, marketing, construction coordination and implementation require a separate agreed scope and price. Payments are collected through Stripe. Consultation does not replace professional legal, tax or engineering advice.

Availability and support

Features may be unavailable during configuration or service interruptions. AI extraction and answers can be incomplete and require review. Contact support@theoperator.com for service or billing help.
